WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW This hybrid role is based in Chicago, IL , with a competitive salary of $130,000 – $160,000 per year plus comprehensive benefits. DEEP DIVE INTO THIS ROLE As a Data Scientist, you'll analyze large datasets, develop predictive models, and work with engineering teams to integrate your solutions into production. Key Responsibilities: Analyze structured and unstructured data with Python and SQL . Build and validate predictive models. Communicate insights to stakeholders through reports and visualizations. Work with engineers to deploy models into production. Research and apply advanced statistical and ML methods. ABOUT OUR TEAM We're a data-driven team that thrives on curiosity, rigor, and collaboration. Our goal is to use insights to drive innovation and business growth. THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR Master's or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, or related field. 5–8 years of data science experience. Expertise in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks.
