As a Business Development Manager for Diversified Sourcing Solutions, you will perform all sales and customer services activities with active, inactive and prospective clients to increase gross profit margin dollars. You will introduce Diversified Sourcing Solutions and its products to prospects with the goal of developing them into clients. This is an individually-contributing sales position that requires a high-activity sales model and a hunter mentality. A successful individual will be managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing (new accounts), and identifying areas for providing additional value. The benefit to our clients is personable attention, relentless customer service and immediate satisfaction Responsibilities: Call prospective customers to introduce Diversified Sourcing Solutions products and services with the goal of developing prospects into clients Manage your contact records and customer relationships by utilizing applicant tracking systems. Recommend resolution of potential and actual staffing problems. Collaborate with the branch to identify focus industry and target list Schedule calls with clients that correspond with the client's calendar. Forecast anticipated sales for branch planning. Tour client facilities regularly to gain an understanding of business activities and personnel requirements of the client. Maintain records of all client sales activities and follow-up requirements by utilizing an Applicant Tracking System. Pursue, maintain and grow sales within existing Major Accounts assigned.
