Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet resident needs Document observations and nursing interventions clearly and accurately Assign and lead CNA duties based on resident needs and staffing levels Maintain a caseload of 14-65 residents, depending on assignment What You'll Need
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Valid RN or LPN license in the State of Wisconsin (or equivalent) Current CPR certification 6 months to 1 year of healthcare experience preferred Why Team Members Choose Cedar Community
