Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting needs. Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, promptly responding to call lights and alarms. Support residents' nutritional needs through meal delivery and feeding assistance while honoring their preferences. Implement rehabilitative care strategies in accordance with the individualized plan of care. Report resident concerns and changes in physical or emotional status to the Charge Nurse. Follow safety protocols to minimize exposure to bloodborne pathogens during caregiving tasks.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Current New York State Nursing Assistant Certification. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or RQI. Minimum of one year of experience in long-term care (LTC) or a similar capacity. High School Diploma or GED required.
Schedule This position requires availability for first-day orientation (full shift) on a Tuesday or Thursday, followed by part-time evening shifts (2x8 or 3x8 hours). Why ARMStaffing? At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees! We offer:
