Clinical Pharmacist The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for coordinating all clinical agency activities associated with pharmaceutical services and products. Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy with didactic coursework and experiential rotations in pharmaceutical care. Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License
Preferred Qualifications:
PharmD Post-graduate degree in pharmacy, Or Completion of a post-graduate pharmacy residency in geriatrics. Experience in clinical management, managed care and program development.
