Responsibilities: Work in a very active and progressive IR practice Perform a wide range of IR procedures Ability to maintain diagnostic radiology skills Participate in the IR on-call schedule (one week a month) Cover Prince William Medical Center, Haymarket Medical Center, and Culpeper Medical Center Handle inpatient interventional procedures requested by the ED and inpatient teams 8-10 clinic patient visits per day when scheduled in the outpatient IR clinic with an opportunity to grow your patient panel Average Image-guided procedural volumes in the hospital is 8-12 patients per day
Onsite Equipment and Services: State-of-the-art Siemens angio systems 64-slice CT scanners Integrated EPIC EMR and Carestream PACS at the 3 hospitals and with UVA Hi-IQ for IR quality metrics, inventory control, and scheduling Vein ablation technology in the outpatient clinic
