Obtain thorough histories, vitals, and patient assessments. Assist veterinarians during exams, treatments, and procedures. Review treatment plans confidently and clearly with pet parents. Accurately document patient care and treatments in the medical record. Educate clients with compassion, clarity, and confidence. Answer phones, route calls appropriately, and respond to voicemails promptly Check patients in/out and ensure accurate client and patient information Collect payments, process invoices, and review estimates with clients at Redwood Animal Hospital Handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when needed What Our Veterinary Assistants Bring
