Your key responsibilities will include:
Administering medications accurately and promptly, following physician's orders. Providing emergency care as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents. Managing medication and supply availability, ensuring timely procurement. Supervising and supporting fellow team members to maintain high care standards. Monitoring and documenting treatment and medication effectiveness. Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times. Requirements: To be considered for the LPN Charge Nurse position, we are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending the English language. Nursing Degree from an accredited school or college, along with CPR certification. Willingness to participate in in-service training upon request. Basic computer skills.
