Evaluate and implement customized treatment plans for adult patients in acute care settings. Collaborate with healthcare teams to facilitate patient recovery and discharge planning. Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with facility protocols. Float to different units as needed, providing consistent care across departments. Complete required modules onsite during orientation to ensure understanding of facility procedures. Attend labs within 48 hours of contract signing to ensure compliance and preparedness. Qualifications:
Hold a valid New Mexico license (pending acceptable, with ETA of 3 weeks). Possess a minimum of 1 year of recent acute care experience. Demonstrate excellent communication and patient care skills. Be willing to travel within a 50-mile radius; local candidates preferred if not currently licensed. Commit to the shift schedule of days, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Obtain required fingerprinting and pass travel compliance requirements. Benefits & Growth:
