This position is ideal for technicians with high emotional intelligence, a talent for building positive team culture, and excellent multitasking and time management skills. This is a full-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday with rotating weekends 1 time per month, on-call 1 weekend every 6 weeks. Full-time benefits and compensation**:
Compensation: $23-25 per hour, for each hour worked* Shift differential for certain hours on weekends and daily rate on weekends + emergency pay Bonus package: $500-$2,000 based on experience and licensure CE allowance: Up to $1,000 annually based on licensure Health package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and disability Employee Assistance Program 401k options Paid time off in accordance with site policy and applicable law Personal pet discount Uniform allowance Minimum qualifications and skill set:
2+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting Current Veterinary Technician License in the state of Montana is a plus Proficiency in the following skills:
Client communication Training and mentorship Anesthesia induction/monitoring IVC placement Monitoring Hospital Flow Outpatient care
