LPN - 1st Shift Toledo, Ohio Salary: $25 - $30 / per hour At Maxim Home Healthcare, we offer a fantastic Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) position for those who value the autonomy and satisfaction of delivering exceptional care in the comfort of patient's home. In this role, under the supervision of a clinical manager, you will assess, plan, and implement patient care, educate patients and their families on disease processes, procedures, and medications, and manage various patient needs such as wound care, trachs, Gtubes, Catheters, Vents, and medication administration. We create customized care plans to accommodate our patient's needs, preferences, and concerns, as well as special requests of their families.
