Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population
Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans
Promote health education and disease prevention
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions
Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts
Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care Qualifications Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program; current certification and licensure At least one year of APP experience, preferably in primary care Strong clinical skills, collaborative mindset, and proficiency with EMR systems About Glendale, Arizona Glendale, Arizona offers a dynamic mix of urban convenience, entertainment, and community charm.
