Full-time, Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM 30-minute unpaid lunch break No weekends
What You'll Do
Welcome and room patients while obtaining medical histories and documenting concerns Record vital signs and assist providers with clinical procedures Process prescription requests through the electronic health record (EHR) Coordinate insurance pre-authorizations for procedures and treatments Provide administrative support, including answering phones and assisting with patient communication Maintain organized records and support office workflow as needed Adapt to different office settings while helping provide a consistent, high-quality patient experience across all locations Perform additional duties to support the clinical team and patient care operations
What We're Looking For
Previous medical office experience is helpful, but we are willing to train strong, motivated candidates Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment Flexibility and reliability with travel between Owings Mills, Westminster, Columbia, and Rosedale offices Interest in patient care, healthcare operations, and professional growth
Education & Qualifications
High School Diploma required Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred
