Candidates are expected to have a clinical doctorate (DPT degree) Candidates must have current physical therapy licensure in Massachusetts Minimum of three years of full-time (or equivalent) post-licensure clinical practice Prior clinical and/or academic teaching experience
The IHP is committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation that reflects each faculty member's experience, expertise, responsibilities, and performance. The expected base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $145,000, based on faculty rank (Instructor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor), qualifications, and discipline. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of job-related factors such as academic and clinical experience, teaching responsibilities, education, licensure, specialty, training, market, and internal equity. This range represents base salary only and does not include benefits or other elements of total compensation; details about the full compensation and benefits package will be shared during the recruitment process. This position is available for the 2026-2027 academic year with a start date of September 1, 2026.
