As an associate dentist, you can expect an unmatched opportunity that includes more than 70 new patients per month on average and a same day dentistry emphasis to maximize access to care for patients.
The ideal candidate has at least three (3) years of experience with a passion for dentistry and a servant's heart. We believe strongly in treating our patients with the utmost compassion, care, and respect and seek only like-minded candidates.

ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and treat oral health conditions Provide comprehensive general dentistry with full autonomy, including the option to perform advanced procedures Deliver exceptional patient care and build strong patient relationships Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Lead and collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations Maintain accurate records and comply with safety protocols QualificationsDDS/DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or AEGD/GPR residency program Active & unrestricted North Carolina dental license Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications Three (3) or more years professional clinical experience preferred
