Job Description Job Title: Rad Tech Profession: Radiologic Technologist Specialty: CT Scan Duration: Permanent Shift: 40 Hours Per Week Hours per Shift: Four 10-hour shifts per week, with potential to change to five 8-hour shifts Experience: Minimum experience not required License: Current state Radiography license Certifications: Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification, CPR Certification Must-Have: Associates Degree
Description: Unit specifics are not available. This is a permanent need for a Rad Tech. Weekend rotation requires being on call every third weekend. Holiday rotation is shared with other staff members. On-call requirements include being on call 1-2 nights per week and every third weekend. Must call in at least 2 hours prior to shift start time for call-off policy. The charting system used in the department is Cerner. The department has a total of 3 techs. Scrub colors are not specified. Jewelry and body adornments are allowed within reason. There is a sign-on bonus offered, paid out within 90 days of start of employment. Flu vaccine is required, or a mask must be worn during flu season.
