Position Details:
Full-time position available (4.5 days a week, including Saturdays) Path to Partnership can be considered for qualified candidates Expected Compensation: $350,000+ annually Sign On Bonus: $10,000 Ideal candidates are personable, self-motivated, and experienced Endodontists Work within a well-organized team dedicated to high standards of care Be part of a practice that addresses individual patient needs and concerns Very low turn over with support team members
Qualifications:
Degree in Endodontics with experience in performing root canals and other related treatments Experience: At least one year of clinical experience post residency preferred Comfortable using advanced dental technology and equipment A compassionate and caring approach to patient care Strong communication skills, able to explain procedures and manage patient expectations Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative team environment
