Prepare and support regulatory reporting by coordinating with internal departments, compiling required details, creating/reviewing Excel summaries, and coordinating submittals Assist with contract review, implementation, and ongoing maintenance; monitor performance and documentation to help ensure compliance with applicable legal agreements Review and interpret complex operational and financial data related to oil and gas activities; communicate findings clearly and concisely to the team Support project coordination by receiving, reviewing, and tracking customer and vendor invoices; analyze supporting data to confirm accuracy and ensure timely, appropriate processing Comply with Highland’s EHSQ policies, standards and procedures and demonstrate active and regular involvement in EHSQ programs
Job Qualifications Associate degree (2-year) preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered Experience with invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, accounting support, or related administrative work preferred Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data validation, and complex spreadsheets) Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable coordinating across departments Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn
The successful candidate must be authorized to work in United States of America.
