Assist the Respiratory Therapy team in daily patient care under supervision Observe and participate in the administration of respiratory treatments and therapies Learn to operate and maintain respiratory equipment Monitor patients' respiratory status and report changes to supervising staff Follow safety protocols and maintain patient confidentiality
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an accredited Respiratory Therapy program Strong interest in patient care and respiratory health Ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation: Hourly Range - $18+ Incentives: Eligible for evening/night, weekend shift incentive based on company policies and applicable job codes. Additional details will be provided during the interview process. Bonus: Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics. Details regarding bonus eligibility and performance goals will be provided during the interview process or upon hire. Sign on bonus available at time of passing boards.
