Job Details Sign-on Bonus up to $7,500 Location: Autumn View Health and Rehab Position Type: Full-time, Day and Evening Shift About Us: Join our dedicated team at a leading Skilled Nursing & Rehab Center, where we focus on providing exceptional care for our residents. We are seeking a RN Unit Coordinator to oversee the daily nursing operations, ensuring high-quality care and effective communication across the healthcare team. Job Description: As an RN Unit Coordinator, you will manage the nursing staff on your unit, coordinate patient care, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility protocols. You will collaborate with physicians, residents, and families to develop care plans and provide leadership to ensure excellent patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents. Monitor patient conditions and update care plans as needed. Communicate with families and healthcare providers regarding patient progress and care needs. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and safety protocols. Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management. Provide direct patient care as needed and support the nursing team.
Qualifications:
Current RN license in good standing. Previous nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of nursing protocols, patient care standards, and regulatory guidelines.
