Concordia at Weatherwood is currently looking for experienced, passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Personal Care team! As a Licensed Practical Nurse you will be responsible for providing high quality care for the residents and facilitating clinical leadership and mentorship with the residents and staff. We are seeking a full or part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the afternoon shift.Competitive LPN wages (we pay more for experience!) $2.50/hour shift differential for the afternoon shift is offered and an additional $1.00/hour for all weekend shifts. Eligible employees can earn an additional $1.00/hour if waiving the insurance benefit! Retention bonus of $4,000 for a full-time position and $2,000 for a part time position. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Administering medication Completing accurate and timely resident assessments Completing timely and accurate documentation Coordinating resident care under the direction of the resident's physician Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:
Graduate of an approved school of nursing Current Pennsylvania licensure in good standing as a Licensed Practical Nurse
