Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of work experience Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint; and willing to learn new technologies Prior scanning experience is a plus Must be able to lift 30lb boxes overhead to place on shelves
Skills and Abilities:
Must be able to provide continuous improvement by analyzing problems, communicating findings, making recommendations, and implementing the solution Must have good oral and written communication skills Must be dependable Must be able to follow instructions Must be detail-oriented Must be able to work as part of a team in a service-oriented environment Must maintain a professional pleasant manner when interacting with clients and coworkers
Nice to have:
Experience with document capture software (Kofax or DataCap)
Essential functions: As a Records Technician/Document Imaging Operator at Access Sciences, you will be diving into a world of document management like never before.
