The ideal candidate will have experience in providing high-quality care to animals and supporting veterinarians in clinical and surgical procedures. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for animal welfare. Responsibilities
Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and surgeries. Perform routine laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures. Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed. Monitor and record patient vital signs and behavior. Prepare and maintain surgical and examination areas. Provide compassionate care and support to animals and their owners. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Assist with client education and communication regarding pet care. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the clinic environment. Qualifications
Previous experience as a Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant preferred. Knowledge of animal anatomy, physiology, and common medical procedures. Ability to handle animals safely and compassionately. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Certification or training in veterinary technology is a plus. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
