Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapy license required to start the position. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or geriatric populations preferred. Ability to evaluate residents' physical, cognitive, and functional needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Experience with documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and progress in an electronic medical record. Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and provide education to residents, caregivers, and staff.
