Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program Active Kentucky Occupational Therapy license required to start the position BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC Experience in outpatient settings, with a primary focus on hand therapy Preference for clinicians pursuing or holding Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential Available to work a full-time, 40-hour per week daytime schedule
