Performs complete patient assessment.
Recognizes significant changes in patient status and seeks appropriate resources.
Coordinates or collects physiologic monitoring data: vital signs, monitor results, lab and diagnostic test results.
Documents assessment in compliance with hospital policy.
Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and plan provision of patient care.
Obtains and/or verifies all physician orders for procedures, medications, and therapies.
We are offering a sign on bonus up to $25,000 depending on shift to hires who meet the eligibility requirements. We also offer additional pay for participation in our clinical ladder as well as referral bonuses, excellent benefits, and relocation assistance. Job Requirements Required
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Registered Nurse: AR,
Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 Days
Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 Days
Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 90 Days
Required On-call, within 30 min.
