Lindsey & Wills Animal Hospital is a small animal veterinary clinic committed to providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care with the warmth and familiarity that only a community-rooted practice can offer. Our team is proud to serve generations of local families and their pets, combining trusted relationships with strong diagnostic capabilities, including in-house testing and partnerships with external laboratories. When advanced care is needed, we collaborate closely with referral centers in Georgia and Florida. We also offer comfortable indoor boarding kennels with an outdoor walking area, giving clients the convenience of trusted care close to home. A trusted part of the Douglas community since the 1980s, caring for pets across generations of local families; a close-knit team environment where collaboration, mentorship, and personal connection are part of daily practice; the opportunity to practice quality medicine in a welcoming small-town setting with modern tools, including digital radiographs, a dedicated surgery suite, and ultrasound; convenient client-focused services, including same-day appointments, flexible scheduling, online pharmacy access, and boarding care close to home. Key Responsibilities
Veterinarian's role in the Clinic is a position of leadership, trust, and respect and shall conduct themselves accordingly Support the development of staff members through support of the Company's LevelUp clinical training program Promote the human-animal bond through exceptional client experience Manage multiple patients and varying priorities within allotted timeframes
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program) Active license in good standing to practice in the state in which candidate will be employed (or the ability to obtain a license in that state)
