General Cardiologist Opportunity This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated general cardiologist to join an established, but growing practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Location: Pensacola, FL Facility: Ascension Sacred Heart Schedule: Full-Time; M-F (with occasional weekend rounding) Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available Productivity incentives: [RVU] CME allowance + dedicated CME days Malpractice coverage with tail This job location is currently located in a Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) and/or Medically Underserved Areas/Populations (MUA/P) Shortage Designation Type. What You Will Do Join a team of 10 physicians and 14 APPs
Practice setting: mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient rounding Employed position within a nonprofit health system Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration Champion the care team experience for loved ones Facilitate practice growth and quality care Collaborate with colleagues to foster a highly efficient practice model

Sacred Heart Hospital was founded by the Daughters of Charity in 1915. What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Licensed Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Florida Board of Medicine obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Board eligibility/certification in medical specialty required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
