We're seeking exceptional Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners who want a true partner in their career journey. Before presenting any opportunity, we thoroughly assess each facility's safety protocols, including security presence, emergency response procedures, de-escalation training, adequate staffing ratios, and nurse support systems. Our mission is to help great Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners choose their path in nursing with confidence and security. Hourly pay rate: $100-$125 Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Requirements & Responsibilities:
Active New York State Issued RN License/Nurse Practitioner Certification Must have experience in providing adult and child psychiatric services. Minimum of 1-year experience serving people with developmental disabilities required BLS & ACLS certificate Must be willing and able to commute to multiple facilities within a 60 mile radius Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, including psychologists, nurses, social workers, and direct care staff. Ability to maintain professional boundaries in secure settings Psychotropic medication knowledge (antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, antidepressants, anxiolytics) Ability to adapt quickly Strong communication skills
