Conduct thorough evaluations for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings and develop personalized treatment strategies Deliver targeted physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and function Collaborate with nurses, physicians, case managers, and various rehab experts to maximize patient outcomes Inform and educate patients and their families about therapy objectives, discharge procedures, and at-home exercises Maintain detailed documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress based on facility norms and regulatory standards Engage in care team discussions and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure comprehensive patient care Education
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a related degree from a recognized program Certifications
Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist CPR certification preferred Optional specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are advantageous, though not mandatory Skills
