Active AUD license in CA, NY, PA, or TX with 2+ years of fitting experience A patient-first approach: empathetic, communicative, and genuinely invested in outcomes Comfort working independently and managing your own schedule and caseload Strong organizational skills and the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment Reliable home internet: hardwired connection required (100+ Mbps download / 20+ Mbps upload) Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states (all associated costs fully covered by hear.com) What We OfferCompensation
Total target earnings of $100,000 to $120,000, made up of a $61,800 base salary plus monthly performance bonuses Benefits
