Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in leading program development, content creation, and overall administration.
Establish program goals and objectives aligned with strategic priorities; plan initiatives and monitor progress toward defined outcomes.
Coordinate and assist in directing all aspects of CReSt education projects, including development of project plans and timelines, facilitation of activities, and tracking of progress and outcomes.
Assist in the development, implementation, and ongoing support of research training programs for new research personnel and continuing education for existing staff.
Coordinate educational programs for the Clinical Research Enterprise Support, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
Plan and execute educational conferences, meetings, and training events; manage program calendars and coordinate speakers and facilitators.
Collect, analyze, and report programmatic and operational and high-quality data to support research teams and leadership decision-making.
Analyze program evaluations and utilize feedback to inform continuous quality improvement
Supervise and mentor staff involved in clinical research training programs.
Draft program materials, develop learning objectives, prepare and submit Continuing Medical Education (CME) applications for Clinical Research Support Program offerings.
Proactively prioritizes and initiates office projects in an efficient and effective manner, develops timelines, and monitors progress to achieve desired outcomes.
Manage and respond to all inquiries received through the CReSt education inbox.
Ensure compliance with departmental, School of Medicine, and UAB policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned
Salary Range: $67,070 - $108,990 Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field and three (3) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing required.
