Description Position: OBGYN Physician Location: Avondale, AZ Job Type: Full-time An established and growing women's health practice in the West Valley area of Phoenix is seeking a OBGYN Physician to join its dedicated team. This opportunity offers a strong patient base, modern technology, and a supportive environment.
Join a collaborative team of two experienced OB/GYN physicians with loyal patients and excellent staff support Manage a balanced patient schedule in a well-equipped, welcoming office Access to robotic-assisted surgery and comprehensive obstetrical and gynecologic services Shared call group providing healthy work-life balance Modern practice environment with on-site lab and convenient diagnostic capabilities Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary with productivity incentives Sign-on and relocation assistance Student loan repayment support PTO and paid holidays CME days plus $3,500 CME allowance Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer contribution Company-paid malpractice insurance Qualifications: MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN (ABOG or AOBOG) Active or eligible Arizona medical license and DEA certification BLS certification required
