Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students' physical therapy needs and eligibility. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals. Provide therapy services across models, including classroom-based integration. Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to create effective interventions. Participate in IEP and student support meetings as a valued team contributor. Maintain accurate documentation for IEP compliance and Medicaid billing. Track student progress through data-driven monitoring and regular reporting. Stay current with evidence-based practices and contribute to a positive school culture. What You'll BringRequired Qualifications:
Master's degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy Active Arizona Physical Therapy License Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain) Preferred Qualifications:
