Strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and visitors Strong analytical skills to collect and analyze operational data Minimum of 1 year experience in an Imaging Management role/ 2 years in an Imaging supervisory role / or 5 years as an Imaging lead technologist role in an acute care setting Minimum of 1 year experience in a management/supervisory position in a hospital. Knowledge of Title 22 and hospital JCAHO requirements Demonstrated leadership skills Demonstrated experience with budgetary processes including establishing, maintaining, and reporting income, expenses, and variances Basic life support (BLS) certification Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and management experience Ability to successfully identify priorities while managing multiple assignments simultaneously Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System
Preferred Qualifications
Unit Specific Certification MBA, MHA or MHSA or equivalent combination of education and management experience Lean Six Sigma Training Knowledge of UCI Medical Center policies and procedures
