Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY) looking to make a meaningful impact? Join The Columbus Organization in Las Vegas, NV, where you'll have the opportunity to help students enhance their communication skills in a supportive and collaborative school-based setting. This full-time role for the 2025-2026 school year offers the chance to work with a diverse student population and contribute to their success. Speech Language Pathologist City, State: Las Vegas, NV Full-Time: School Calendar (August-May) Compensation: $50-$60 per hour Role Summary: We are actively hiring Speech-Language Pathologists to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with speech and language disorders. You'll work closely with educators, families, and other specialists to develop individualized treatment plans that foster academic and personal growth. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to develop personalized intervention plans. Provide therapy services to students with communication challenges in general and special education settings. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines. Participate in professional development and training opportunities to enhance your skills. Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). License: Active Nevada Speech-Language Pathology License (or eligibility to obtain). 1+ years of experience working with children with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) preferred.
