This is a direct hire position and ideal candidates who are interested in coastal living. 2+ years of recent Family Practice or Primary Care experience is required for this role as Advanced Practice Provider. Pay Details:
Pay Range: $131,000 - $151,000 Work Setting:
On Site Position Details:
Direct Hire
Location: Eureka, California
Schedule: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday Benefits: Substantial RVU bonus structure Relocation offered for provider and potentially 1 extended family member Loan repayment
Profit sharing Practice will reimburse for travel to site visit + more! Requirements:
Completion of an accredited program Board certified or board eligible Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license Valid DEA certificate Currently BLS certified Candidates must be willing to live local to clinic location
