Diagnostic Testing: Perform blood, body fluid, and tissue analysis with accuracy Lab Equipment Management: Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot lab instruments Collaborative Care: Provide accurate, timely results to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment Compliance & Quality Control: Adhere to CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory requirements What You'll Need:
Associate degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field MLT certification (ASCP, AMT, or eligibility) Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and strong teamwork What We Offer:
