Overview Department: Radiation Therapy Shift:Part-Time Days Facility:Olympia Fields Hospital Location:Olympia Fields, IL Responsibilities Provides patient services using imaging modalities for simulation and x-ray therapy equipment to treat patients for malignancies and pain. Applies principles of radiation protection while operating equipment to both localize treatment volume and the delivery of prescribed dosage in accordance with treatment plan. Documents components of the therapeutic care process in a concise, legible format consistent with departmental standards, policies and procedures. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
Graduate of radiation therapy program required.
American Registry of Radiation Therapy Technology certification required.
Previous experience desired.
Current BLS.
Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $31.81 to $47.00. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
