Assist the Surgeon: Be a vital part of the surgical team by passing instruments and supplies during procedures with precision. Maintain the OR: Ensure a sterile, safe, and efficient operating room environment before, during, and after surgery. Prepare Equipment: Make sure all surgical instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and fully operational. Collaborate: Work closely with surgeons, nurses, and the surgical team to provide excellent patient care. Ensure Safety: Follow strict safety protocols and infection control guidelines to maintain the highest standards of care. What We're Looking For:
Education: Associate's degree in Surgical Technology from an accredited program. Certification: Indiana License as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certification in Surgical Technology within 6 months of hire. Skills: Detail-oriented, able to handle fast-paced environments, and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills. Composure: Ability to stay calm under pressure and effectively manage competing priorities. What We Offer:
