We’re seeking an experienced Perioperative Services Manager to elevate surgical operations and champion clinical excellence. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee daily OR operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and collaborative workflows. Perfect for a nurse leader who thrives on both strategic direction and direct team mentorship. Key Responsibilities
Lead all perioperative services, including intraoperative and circulator nursing Manage staffing, scheduling, and surgical budgets Partner with educators to strengthen orientation, competencies, and ongoing training Mentor OR staff through coaching and professional development Drive quality and performance initiatives (Press Ganey, Gallup, etc.) Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration across Surgery, ED, OB, and Trauma
Qualifications
5+ years of perioperative or surgical services leadership experience Strong clinical operations and staff development background BLS and ACLS required Collaborative communicator with proven process improvement success
