Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Orthopedics California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy – Morgan Hill, CA Clinic Address: 605 Tennant Ave, Suite F, Morgan Hill, CA 95037 Clinic Setting: Outpatient orthopedic clinic focused on manual therapy, functional rehab, and evidence-based care. Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on experience + $750 monthly bonus + full benefits Pay is dependent on experience, skills, and job-related factors. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Flexible Benefits:Up to $7,500 sign-on bonus $25,000 student loan repayment $750 incentive bonus every 4 weeks $1,500 annual CEU allowance + unlimited MedBridge access 3 weeks of paid vacation + paid holidays Flexible work schedule (3 or 4-day workweek available) Tolls reimbursement for commuters Accredited clinical residency program Mentorship and professional development for all experience levels 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Health savings and flexible spending accounts Employee assistance program Employee referral bonus program Employee discounts and perks Foreign visa and green card sponsorship available at select clinics Responsibilities:Provide physical therapy to patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting Create and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with fellow clinicians to ensure excellent care Build relationships with patients and the surrounding community Document care using a modern EMR system Comply with all regulatory and payer requirements Services Provided:Outpatient orthopedic and sports therapy Manual therapy and functional rehabilitation Pre- and post-operative care Return-to-sport and return-to-work programs Acute and chronic condition management Specialty services based on clinic expertise Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program Active California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) Why Join Us?
