Now Hiring for third shift - 11p - 7 a This position is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team that thrives on a culture of deep and mutual respect and accountability that is dedicated to the seniors we serve, their families and to each other. Areas of focus are clinical care management, medication management, risk management, quality assurance, regulation compliance and staff retention & development. This role directly supervises, motivates and encourages all resident care staff.
Qualifications:
Considerable knowledge of medication management and administration with excellent critical thinking skills
An unwavering focus on customer service and resident & family relations
Compassionate and caring work ethic
Proven ability to work with families and residents to achieve excellent quality of life
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
High level of organization & attention to detail
Innate ability to resolve problems creatively and proactively
Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines with accuracy
Highly skilled in Microsoft applications
High energy
Requirements:
Current Med Tech Certification preferred
Minimum of one year of medication management experience preferably in the Senior Living environment
