Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Wisconsin state license required prior to start.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience treating adults with movement dysfunction, post-operative patients, and fall-risk populations in an acute care or skilled nursing environment preferred.
Demonstrated ability to perform evaluations, write progress notes, document discharges, and manage insurance communications.
Ability to communicate with multidisciplinary teams, patients, families, and payors by phone and written documentation.
Willingness to assist with ancillary duties including treatment area upkeep and related tasks.
