Starting pay $27.00 - $35.00 per hr plus shift differential pay 2025 Employer of Choice! Five Star CMS organization
Requirements:
Valid license as Licensed Practical Nurse / Registered Nurse. Applicants are required to pass pre-employment screenings that could include: Criminal background checks, Abuse registry check, Drug test, Physical, and TB test.
