Job Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician, ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and compassionate care. Key Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor resident conditions and report changes Perform basic nursing assessments and document care Supervise CNAs and assist with resident care as needed Maintain accurate medical records Follow infection control and safety procedures Requirements
Active Pennsylvania LPN license Current CPR certification preferred Previous long-term care experience preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to supervise staff and handle multiple priorities Physically able to stand, walk, and assist residents Schedule & Environment
Full-time, part-time, or PRN; 11p-7a No required shifts Skilled nursing facility setting Pay & Benefits
