School Speech-Language Pathologist Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time School Position El Paso, TX | 2026–2027 School Year Support Communication. Empower Students. Grow with PDS. Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based role in Austin for the upcoming school year. This position offers a consistent schedule, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact working directly with students. What You'll Do
Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Work with students on articulation, language, fluency, and social communication Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams Maintain documentation and compliance with school guidelines
Work Schedule & Setting
Monday–Friday schedule aligned with school hours No evenings or weekends required School holidays and breaks off Structured caseload within a supportive team environment

Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Texas SLP license (or ability to obtain) ASHA CCCs preferred CFs encouraged to apply
