Job Description: Allina Health | Minneapolis, MN Allina Health is recruiting a boardcertified Colorectal Surgeon to support growing oncology and surgical volumes at Abbott Northwestern Hospital and affiliated ASCs. This role combines active clinical practice with a systemlevel physician leadership opportunity to help build and lead Allina Health's colorectal surgery program. Clinical Practice
Mix of clinic, OR, endoscopy, and administrative time Typical schedule: 5 eighthour days/week Case mix includes colorectal cancer and benign disease, screening colonoscopy, and diagnostic endoscopy Call rotation ~1:4 (surgical oncology or general surgery) Multidisciplinary care with oncology, GI, and surgical teams
Physician Lead Opportunity (0.1-0.15 FTE)
Serve as the physician leader for development and growth of Allina's colorectal surgery program Partner in a physicianadministrator dyad with the Colorectal Surgery Service Line Manager Lead quality initiatives, care standardization, and clinical integration across the system Support recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship of colorectal surgeons and APPs Collaborate with enterprise surgical, oncology, OR, and quality leadership teams
Qualifications
MD/DO with completion of ACGME/AOAaccredited general surgery residency Boardcertified or boardeligible in Colorectal Surgery Eligible for Minnesota medical licensure Interest or experience in physician leadership, program development, or quality improvement preferred

Pay Range: $550,000 to $600,000 per year The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Benefit Summary
