Our CNAs are the heart of our facility, and we are looking for the best to join our clinical team! The Opportunity:
Pay Rate: Starting at $21.00-$25 per hour (Based on experience). Schedule: Full-Time | 4 Days On / 2 Days Off (Consistent and predictable!). Shifts: Day, Evening, and Night shifts available. Location: Salinas Valley Post Acute

Your Impact & Responsibilities: As a CNA, you will provide essential daily care that ensures our residents live with dignity and comfort.
Personal Care: Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Clinical Support: Take and record vital signs, weights, and other clinical data. Nutrition: Assist with meal service, feeding, and hydration as needed. Communication: Promptly report any changes in resident condition to the nursing leadership. Environment: Maintain clean, safe, and organized care areas while following all infection control protocols.
Qualifications:
Certification: Active California CNA certification (Required). Attitude: Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused. Teamwork: Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Requirements: Must pass a background check and meet health screening requirements.
