Evaluation of patients and development of individualized treatment plans including ongoing assessment and discharge planning Collaborate with patients, families and the interdisciplinary team to support care goals and optimize outcomes Maintain accurate documentation while promoting a safe, compliant care environment aligned with safety and infection prevention standards Qualifications - What We're Looking For
🎓 Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
Current state Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
BLS/CPR Certification required
🏅 Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) from ASHA or Clinical Fellowship Year Status is required for this position. Physical requirements - What you need to know
A significant amount of standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods of time. Both gross and precise motor functions. Lifting/exerting of up to 50 lbs. Possible exposure to bodily fluids. Visual acuity required for patient assessment and documentation of care. Acute hearing required for accurate patient assessment. Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard. Close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
